Our stay at Estanplaza Paulista was excellent! The hotel facilities are excellent, mainly the breakfast, which has different Brazilian dishes and juices. The service, location (next to the main sights of Sao Paulo) and structure met entirely our expectations. In addition, the hotel team are always kind and helpful.

location: the hotel was close to within walking distance to the metro, the central shopping street, and the most important avenue in sao paulo. the room was excellent, and we had a particularly good view of city.

Cordiality of the staff The location is very good, the right distance to all the attractions in the city. Clean and fairly comfortable.
They could ease on the price.. But I guess this is fair in Sao Paulo having looked at other hotels in the area.

The location of the hotel is ok. It is located in Jardins, very close to Paulista Avenue, which a good area for walking and shopping.
I've been in many 4 star hotels and I can say that Estanplaza Paulista does not deserve its stars. The facilities are old and in need of an urgent renovation. Most of the people in the hotel don't speak English. What I found very irritating was that they overcharged my credit card and put various additional charges on my bill.
